About this role

Who you are - Minimum 4 years of comms planning experience with excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills – our working language is English - Experience working on large brands, experiential programs, and content creation - Knowledge of emerging and existing digital platforms, understanding how to use them and the mechanics of how they work - Working knowledge and understanding of all channel disciplines: Media, Shopper/Promotional, PR, Social, Experiential, etc - A rich understanding of trends shaping consumer behavior, both today and tomorrow - Proficient with media planning tools - Strong leadership skills to lead the activation team to perform according to strategies - Digitally connected and curious Digital strategist, activation expert, media or communications strategist? Or whatever we should decide to call it! We think that you got a strong appetite for new technology and emerging platforms, and also possess a great sense of the existing media landscape? Then read on. We think you’ve got a desire to dissect and understand what makes a campaign really work, with the ability to translate that into strategies and plans. Plus you believe platforms are vehicles for brand storytelling and can give great ideas an extra dimension in activation. You will work alongside the creative, PR, social, and paid teams. What you will be doing - Bring comms planning to life, showing clients how media platforms and emerging technology platforms can be creatively used to solve business problems and meet campaign KPIs - Support teams by understanding how audiences connect with brands through media and technology and how the proper partner, content, and sequencing can tell a holistic story - Proactively present new ideas to capitalize on emerging technologies and platforms - Ensure consistency across channels and platforms - Lead teams internally to deliver on activation strategies Work on important, hard, fun, boring and challenging projects.
