1. College degree or above in HR or relevant major, fluent in Chinese and English. 2. Have a deep understanding of Human Resource management. 3. Familiar with local regulation and policy of working contract, salary system, insurance and social security. 4. Ability to solve complex problems; strong planning and implementation capabilities. 5. Excellent communication skills, executive ability and high emotional intelligence, strong logical thinking and systematic thinking ability. 6. Skilled in using office software, such as word, Excel, PPT, Visio, etc. 7. Could travel to China in long period. 1. Responsible for the local branch establishing, including subsidiary registration, office locating and so on. 2. Employee recruiting, training, employees’ file creation and management, talent mining and talent pool establishing. 3. Making personal cost budget, formulation and implementation of regulation and assessment system. 4. Review salary, insurance and social security of local employees, making salary system according to position and labor market. 5. Office administration. 6. Arrangement of hospitality, meeting and event. 7. Translation between local design team and headquarter in China. We are recruiting for client Ogonblick which is based in China. Ogonblick is inspired by Nordic style. The company has a chain store business in China which is operating Nordic style clothing and daily necessities.
