A key role to maintain customers’ trust in the quality of RBS HW product portfolio. A unique role to get a wide understanding of the product portfolio, meeting and understanding the customers and being a driver in cases with high business importance for the company. Responsibilities & Tasks Handle customer escalations & secure product task forces. Ensure that the voice of the customer is spread within the PDU. Responsible for communication strategy in escalated HW cases. Set the structure for quality work in the region. Work with internal PDU functions to understand/categorize what is driving HW returns from the market and take proactive actions. Represent PDU on customer meetings for HW quality topics and other initiatives. Drive customer engagement & deployment support activities. Prepare decisions and drive HW Field Corrections (FCO/RCO/SA). Drive and lead process work.
