Professional Skill Requirements 1. Masters / Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or equivalent. 2. Functional/Industrial experience of two or more domains. Preferably Banking, Insurance, Retail. 3. You have experience from project management and/or work in team-oriented environments. 4. Experience in Onshore- Offshore model, strong experience of working in multiple geographical locations and different time zones. 5. Experience of working with different business cultures is a preferred. 6. You have proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment. 7. You have a strong drive and commitment. 8. You have excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills 9. You want to learn and try new things. 10. You have a deep interest in how business processes work and interact. 11. You have ability to travel when required to multiple geographical locations. 1 12. You have proven experience of converting the business problems into technical solution. 13. You have extensive experience with global sourcing governance models, reporting, Service Levels, Service Delivery. Technical Skill requirements: 1. Mandatory: a. 5+ years of experience in AS400 / COBOL b. 5+ years of experience in CA development tools for AS400 platform c. 5+ years of experience in Enterprise content management tool, preferably IBM Case Manager, Filenet P8 d. Experience in Technical Documentation, Code, Review Code, Deployment and unit testing. Language Must know: English Good to know: Swedish Work within the global outsourcing relationship establishment and handle the below activities. 1.Help establish ways of working with the Global Vendors. 2.Help establish new processes to work with the new Agreements and Service Delivery. 3.Coordinate acceptance, verification and validation of services migrated or delivered by the Global Vendor. 4.Help establish Governance Model, Dashboards, Reporting mechanism, Service Levels, Key Performance Indicators as part of Service Delivery. 5.Help establish process for migration verification and success criteria to align with the Agreement signed with new Global Vendors. 6.
