Skills and experiences - A minimum of five years’ professional work experience in managing position - Professional English; Swedish and other languages are a plus - International businesses and business development - Complex B2B sales - Digital marketing and branding - Agreements and negotiations - CRM - Software as a Service and/or Cloud services - Clinical trials - Leadership - Adequate university degree, or equivalent business experience Working as Sales & Marketing Manager at PCG Solutions includes everything from hands-on duties to strategic analysis and execution. As Sales & Marketing Manager, you will manage a sales and marketing team and report directly to the CEO. You will work closely with all our business functions. Our customers are located all over the world. Responsibilities: - Accountability for sales numbers - Management over a sales and marketing team - Based on the company goals - create and execute a business plan - Generating new leads, onboarding of new customers and repeat business - Agreements and negotiations - Customer satisfaction - Sales and marketing partners PCG Solutions is a privately held company with offices and presence in Uppsala, Åbo, Tokyo and Shanghai. The Uppsala office is the head office from where development and global operations are being managed. The Tokyo and Shanghai offices are focusing on sales and service delivery. Strategic partners for sales and service delivery are based in India, Germany and the USA.
