Our global operation bases are located in North America, Europe and Asia Pacific. Windows: • Server administration of 2008R2, 2012 & 2016 • Server build and Decommissioning.(Physical, Virtual and cloud ) • OS related issues and trouble shooting. • Managing Windows services like IIS, File server, WDS, Active Directory, FTP. • User Account and Group Policy Management in AD. • Basic Network related issues troubleshooting. • Monitoring Windows server performance and pro-actively enhancing it for better support. • Co-ordinating with other teams actively to provide appropriate resolution on issues. • Install and configure various commercial products on window operating systems. SCCM : • Creating Device collections and Software packages. • Scheduling deployment and patching of windows servers. • Monitoring the reports and troubleshooting the failures. VMware: • VMware Administration Vsphere 5.5 & 6 • Installation of ESX Servers, vSphere Client and Vcenter Server • P2V & V2V Migration • Host Upgrade and management • Resource and Virtual machine management • User account management. • Virtual Network management . • Creating the datastore for storing VMs and data • Deploy Virtual Machines and use Clones, Snapshots, templates • Health Check for VMs and ESX host • Present / Assign LUN to ESX host (Shared storage provided by Storage Admin) Hexaware Technologies Limited (HTL), a SEI-CMM Level V company, is a software services provider that offers powerful process-driven, high quality, cost effective solutions that help organizations operate efficiently.
