The CSG Assure team is growing and we are looking to strengthen our team with a Technical Consultant working with our customers to ensure they get full value from our solutions. CSG Assure is a market leading software platform used by service providers worldwide to secure the Voice, SMS, Data service quality in the international telecom network. CSG Assure is used by over 150 telecom providers worldwide, including leading companies like AT&T, Belgacom, Tata. As a Technical Consultant, you will work closely with the customers to help them to get full value from our software solutions. You will need to understand deeply what will be customer business need and how to fit our solution perfectly for each setup. Gathering information and latest marking trends, to help product owner continually improve our solution in general. You will also work with Sales Support, helping Sales to convince potential customers that our solution is the right choice. Most activities are performed remotely from Stockholm but customer onsite activities will be required. Job Description • Technical Account Consultancy: Proactively work with customers to help them get full value of our solutions. Understand the customer business need and customize our solutions coordinately. • Product Improvement: Summarize customer generic business need and marketing trend, feedback improvements suggestions to product owner. Continually working on improvements of existing products and services. What you’ll need to do the job • Completed postgraduate degree • Relevant professional experience is a merit • Familiar with some of the technologies we use: SIP, Mobile Network technologies (2G/3G/4G), SQL database, Windows server, Linux server, Amazon (AWS), Azure • Understanding of customer/end user needs with advanced knowledge in the operation of technical programs and of technical principles and business systems • Knowledge of roaming, active testing system, passive testing system and other related product • Knowledge of SQL and at least one programming language • Good communication skills to exchange and clarify complex information • Developed experience in Telecommunications industry and related product
