Job description As BA Managed Services Multi-Media and Internal Communications Manager, you will be primarily responsible for Internal Communications to support our internal staff function stakeholders, HR, Strategy, Sourcing, Finance, Commercial Management and Legal. You will provide related communications advice, support and guidance, lead change communications and manage and develop internal communication channels. In addition, you will also be supporting internal and external event planning, multi-media support for Head of BA Managed Services and the BMAS LT. You will also be supporting a variety of other BA Marketing & Communications activities as needed. You will be driving the Internal communication plan for staff function stakeholders, HR, Strategy, Finance and on a project basis Sourcing, Commercial Management and Legal. You will lead change communications, manage & develop internal communication channels and create a global approach to communications. This role includes supporting BA Managed Services events; Managed Services participation in global events/activities and multi-media requests. You will liaise closely with Marketing & Communications colleagues within the other BA’s and Market Areas. In order to be successful in this role you need to be creative, structured, project management skills, high energy, multi-media and digital savvy and be willing to join an exciting, challenging team. Responsibilities & Tasks Responsible for Internal Communications plans, advice, support and guidance to our internal staff function stakeholders, HR, Strategy, Sourcing, Finance, Commercial Management and Legal. Collaborate closely with colleagues in BMAS M&C team and GF/BA/MA M&C Supporting internal and external event planning, multi-media support for Head of BA Managed Services and the BMAS LT as needed.
