About this role
We are now looking for senior Enterprise Architects to join our IT Architecture team. We work to develop, align, govern and coordinate the architecture for the Ericsson IT landscape. We ensure an optimized, cost efficient, value driven architecture with reusable components for IT solution development, modernizing the legacy IT environment as well as providing new innovative IT solutions. As a senior ICT Architect you will be responsible for providing architectural leadership and guidance, defining steering architectural principles and standards to be used. Your responsibilities also include developing architectural models that translates the strategy into architectural building blocks. To achieve this you will work closely with other architects, product managers and business relationship managers in the global and local IT teams. It is a technical leadership position where ability to drive and communicate is key. It is also an opportunity to work on the IT technology forefront including future outlook and the responsibility to analyze industry trends affecting our area of responsibility. The responsibilities includes: Develop and improve overall architecture and architecture components Develop architectural standards, principles and high-level solutions Manage architectural governance Communicate and motivate architectural direction and decisions Analyze industry trends affecting our area of responsibility Work with key stakeholders to translate and evaluate functional and technical requirements from an architectural perspective Drive architecture and technology leadership Key Qualifications: M.Sc. in computer science, computer engineering or equivalent 7-10 years of overall IT experience with minimum 4-5 years of experience in relevant area Minimum of 2 years experience from a similar senior architect position Competence and understanding of market trends and technologies in selected areas such as IT infrastructure, security, cloud and virtualization, integration technologies, IoT, application development, automation, XaaS.
