DESCRIPTION We are looking for a talented Senior UX Designer who wants to join us and create amazing user experiences. We believe you enjoy the whole UX journey: from translating user insights into smart user flows, designing interactive prototypes, testing and evaluating, as well as producing innovative modern designs for products our users will love. You believe in the importance of sympathizing with all our different customers and users and digging deeply to find the best possible solutions to their needs. You like to evaluate and test prototypes as well as create great visual design. Your responsibilities will include: Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex workflows Collaborate with UX team and product management to define and implement innovative solutions for our products Explore our different user behaviors, map out pain points and redefine user needs Create storyboards, user flows, wireframes or interactive prototypes to communicate interaction and design ideas Design mockups and pixel perfect final designs Act as a user advocate to ensure the highest level of usability, engagement and visual excitement Translate data-driven insights from qualitative and quantitative research results into experience requirements Work closely with other members of the UX team REQUIREMENTS Demonstrable UX design skills, preferably with a portfolio or a project-in-depth Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and interactive prototypes Proficiency in Sketch and InVision, as well as other design and prototyping tools Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders Up-to-date with the latest UX trends and techniques Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment Comfortable speaking and writing in english Personality We think you are a good fit if you are a true problem solver, that you like to give and receive feedback, and perhaps most important: have a sense of humor. To succeed in this role we believe that you have at least a couple of years experience from a similar position. UX is your thing and you have a passion for creating experiences that engage users and solve complex problems. You are driven and excited about diving deep to understand the challenges that our different users meet. And you take pride in your visual design work.
