Our mission Group FP&A aims to be the center of excellence for financial planning and analysis by acting as a proactive business partner across Electrolux. We help the organization to make informed decisions by transforming data and information into business insights, while driving collaboration and efficiency across the finance organization. A typical day As a Business Analyst within Group FP&A, you are responsible for a part of Group Finance deliveries to Electrolux Board and Group Management. In a dynamic and fast-moving environment, the team acts as a financial advisor to Group Management by providing decision making support, business intelligence and financial performance reporting. Areas of responsibilities • Financial Reporting and Analysis (Performance Management) In a changing global environment, the focus is to provide actionable business insights by creating an understanding of Electrolux trading conditions, performance and trends. The team focus is to understand and analyze the complete value chain of financial reporting including the macro environment, market demand and outlook, sales, costs, earnings, working capital, investments and cash flow. • Financial Planning Group FP&A team is responsible for the short and long term financial planning within the Group. The team coordinates the Strategic Financial Plan, the Annual Plan and bonus-related incentives. Business cases are done for each sector based on the financial development, interaction with the Sectors and requirements from the Board and Shareholders. The team acts as adviser to Group Management for target settings in order to drive shareholder value. • Investments Group FP&A team is managing all investments larger than SEK 10m.
