We are looking for a new team member to join our Product Team. You will be an important part of our knowledge and insights generation journey. This means that you are not only a constant learner in your field of expertise but also dedicated to sharing the power of data informed decisions. Armed with data & insights, you will support our clients, global and local organisations in improving their digital talent communication. Qualifications and Skills A relevant university degree or similar (statistics, mathematics, data science, economics); preferably with demonstrable experience in research design, statistical analysis and data visualisation Previous experience in BI analysis and/or report design (ideally Power BI). On-boarding will be provided for candidates with demonstrable interest and aptitude. Excellent at summarizing and present findings. Proven writing skills is highly desirable. Professional-level German and English, written and spoken High communication and collaboration skills You understand that the journey also includes repetitive tasks, they will decrease in the same pace as you automate and optimise. E.g. hours of data cleaning is sometimes necessary in the search for insights. Responsibilities and Duties Solving complex data questions with evidence-based research Production of reports including the implementation of online questionnaires, data preparation in Excel, data analysis and report writing Conduct in-depth analyses using traditional and advanced methods Support Key Account Managers in report deliveries and client relations Participate in product development meetings and activities Support in ad hoc requests on reports, numbers or analyzes Balance between research priorities and ad hoc business needs Contribute to both long and short-term projects to develop the Product Team at Potentialpark Company Overview Potentialpark is a global market research company which equips employers with data-driven insights and strategic consultancy to improve the digital communication between employers and candidates.
