As the Area Marketing Director for Respiratory for GSK Consumer Healthcare BeneluxNordic you will lead and grow the Respiratory and Smoker’s Health Categories and Brands focusing on Otrivin, Nicotinell and Flixonase. You and your team will build the 3 year category and brand plans to deliver the planned sales, share, profit and gross margin in the Area. The role presents an exciting opportunity to be part of building a new area and team! Key Responsibilities • To build and lead the delivery of the overall brand building growth strategy for the Respiratory Category and Brands in the Area. • Deliver a strong innovation pipeline and first class consumer, shopper and expert toolkits from the global category teams within the Respiratory category, which are fit for purpose across the 6 markets. • To build a Category marketing team across the Area. To guide and coach the teams across the Area to develop integrated brand, activation and executional plans for brand and category growth and to build strong brand equities and win share profitably across channels. • To influence the global category teams to ensure global strategy, pipeline and toolkits (consumer, shopper, expert) are fit for purpose for fast and seamless deployment across the 6 markets. • Advertising & Promotional budget accountability for the Category and Brands in the Area. Basic Qualifications: • Business Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience demonstrating mental and learning agility • Suitably academic discipline, preferably Marketing • Deep professional experience needed Preferred Qualifications: • Senior level of business and marketing capabilities • Ability to lead strategic planning and growth strategy • Strong business acumen to lead business and brand development • Ability to coach and guide function capabilities.
