Key Qualifications: · Education: University degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent training/experience, · Min years of experience: 10+ years’ experience in Telecoms Marketing or similar (sales, domain/EP) · MA or BA experience. · Campaign marketing knowledge & experience. · Digital activation skills. · Experience working in a global team · Experience as an external spokesperson · Resource management (including budget management) · Experience as content creator and business builder and working in a dynamic and fast moving environment Job Summary: We are now looking for a Marketing Campaign & Customer Marketing specialist to lead the planning, execution and follow up on prioritized global campaigns and demand generation initiatives to support our sales growth with both new and existing customers, based on the Strategy, Corporate Brand, and Marketing Campaigns. Campaign project management and coordination between BAs & MAs, support MA campaign work (incl. activation) and BA feedback from MAs. Develops campaign 'personas' and cross-topics. Contribute to the broader unit scope that includes reference case, value marketing projects, MA activation support and customer engagements (e.g. facilitation) at owned events and at experience centers. Reports to Head of Content & Customer engagement, Jan Tezcanli a member of the Customer Engagement Marketing LT at GFMC. Responsibilities: · You will work with marketing campaigns, close with BAs & MAs · Craft messages and content asset plans · Corporate content work, upcoming projects incl. cross BA campaigns on Automation and AI, so candidate with background in this area would be excellent.
