The role: We are looking to strengthen our marketing team with an Ad Operator. This is a role where you will be involved and responsible for everything from campaign setup, management, delivery and follow up of the results. You will set up all campaign materials for our brands on the Swedish market and together with the Digital Marketing Specialist make sure we have the right material running at the right place, at the right time. You will also in close collaboration with the Digital Marketing Specialist make sure we have the best possible conditions to run successful digital campaigns. During the campaigns you will track outcomes, analyse why campaigns are successful or not and report the results and conclusions you have made. This role also has a close collaboration with our Brand Managers and Graphics team, making sure we have all material in time for campaigns. You will also be making smaller changes and adjustments on banners in for example Bannerflow. REQUIREMENTS Who are we looking for? We are looking for you who is naturally structured, with an analytical mindset. You are a self-starter who is service minded and efficient in your work. Most importantly - you have a can-do mindset and love to learn new stuff and grow both personally and professionally. We are looking for you who are in the beginning of your career and your previous experiences are not that important, we want the right person at the right place who has the right attitude. Although, it is a plus if you have some experience in: Basic excel Ad Serving Systems Basic knowledge in digital marketing and display campaigns You must be fluent in Swedish and English.
