Westline Tech AB is a Swedish supplier of high-value consulting, engineering, EPC, EPCM and project management services to the power, oil and gas industries. We have built a reputation for providing innovative, value added solutions for major energy providers and contractors in the Middle East region. Our core services include the design, development and installation of electric power generating facilities, refinery plants, process control, valves and pipeline systems. We are expanding our team and seeking to recruit a personable and self-motivated Marketing Coordinator who will be responsible for our B2B marketing activities. In this role you will be part of a growing international engineering consultant team and subcontractors in delivery of key projects to the energy industry. (Responsibilities and Tasks) - Develop and execute marketing plans and make sure that marketing activities are completed on time, on quality and on cost. - Support business activities including development and implementation of company sales and growth strategy, identification and tracking of project opportunities. - Provide ideas as well as opportunities to assist and enhance sales results. - Arrange seminars, events, advertising campaigns, promotions, etc. - Make customer visit and host presentations. - Write reports, developing and maintaining company marketing literature and similar documents. - Work independently as well as part of an international team. - Work closely with external marketing/sales consultants and partners to identify potential projects and customers. (Qualifications, Skills and Competences) - Graduate with previous experience in a similar marketing role or equivalent experience. - 2-5 years ‘experience in marketing. - Analytical skills, with good business understanding and strong attention to detail. - Well-developed planning and organizing skills and ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize appropriately and meet deadlines. - Problem solving, creative thinking and collaboration skills. - Excellent written and verbal communications skills as well as good listening and strong presentation skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office. - Fluent in written and spoken English. - Experience in a variety of projects in the Middle East is essential. - Have great networking skills and the ability and motivation to share your knowledge, experience and contacts with others.
