As QA Customer Audit Manager, you will act as the QA representative ensuring customer trust in our Quality Management System. You will be responsible for managing all audit related activities, responses to customers and to initiate & follow up on agreed CAPA actions. Essential Responsibilities: The QA Customer Audit Manager is accountable for managing on site- as well as virtual customer audits at the Uppsala site. You will meet representatives from the world’s leading Pharmaceutical companies in your daily work. As the QA customer audit manager, you are the quality representative and the coordinator of the audit. This includes having a broad network, to work close with all levels and parts of the organization. You will be responsible for: Audit planning and preparation Resource management Facility tour Presentation of our Quality Management System Internal communication Response to customer reports and follow-up on customer audit CAPAs We also expect you to work proactively with the organization, to find simplifications and improve our Quality Management System. Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (or high school diploma/GED plus strong experience) Excellent written and spoken English and Swedish as well as outstanding presentation skills Experience and expertise in Quality Systems/Standards such as ISO 9001/13485, Pharma and cGMP Experience from quality auditing (Supplier and/or internal audits) Desired Characteristics: Working with customers from the pharmaceutical industry / industry experience would be considered as a valuable asset.
