Key Qualifications: • The SP Driver is a professional SW development driver, with a technical authority. • Technically capable to break down the feature into verifiable, deliverable stories and have the business knowledge to prioritize them. • Excellent ability to analyze complex content and take appropriate decisions • Highly developed interpersonal and communications skills • Shown R&D project management skills • Highly developed initiative and drive • Good system, design & verification knowledge in SW dvelopment • Good competence in the product domain Service Middleware and the function domain end-to-end Operation and Maintenance. • Good knowledge of E2E scope, and Agile & Lean Ways of Working Our R&D areas include the Service Middleware part of the RBS in the Virtual Radio Acccess Network, and end-to-end support for efficient network operation and maintenance. You will be responsible for 3-4 SP:s in parellel, each one from the prestudy start in F1 to the released SP in F4 & FG, where the SP delivers customer value. Your SP will be developed by one or several teams and contributors, in Kista and other sites. It will include requirement analysis, system design, architecture design, software design, integration, verification, Product Lifecycle Management support and product documentation. We organize in cross functional development teams in which continuous improvement, innovation and knowledge sharing is part of the daily work.
