Requirements for the applicant: * Experience from working with online P2P marketplaces to understand the importance of balancing supply and demand * Experience from working in the travel industry preferably within local tours and experiences * At least 2 years of experience of working in early tech startups * Experience from the eco-system of startups with investors and growth expectations. * At least 2 years of working experience with PPC ads such as Adwords and Facebook ads * Being comfortable with all modern business tools such as Slack, Mixpanel, Google analytics, SEMRush, Tableau, Trello, Hotjar, Intercom etc. * Proficient in English language both spoken and written * Basic understanding of product development Your work includes talking directly to our customers and guides as well as finding new guides and choosing which markets to expand our product to. You are also responsible working with marketing strategies as well as working actively to acquire partners such as travel agencies in Sweden and abroad. Your tasks include: * Growing our customer base through PPC marketing, influencer marketing, SEO strategy and Affiliate programs * Recruiting new guides globally through online and offline channels * Following up strategy implementation through online tools such as Google analytics, Mixpanel, Hotjar etc * Responsible for talking directly to customers and guides to improve conversions and to understand what need to be improved in the product * Working closely with our CEO regarding business development and company strategy Prior to this recruitment, we have already decided on what advertising channels and marketing campaigns we wish to utilize.
