Your qualifications You have relevant academic engineering degree and enough experience from the steel industry to feel comfortable advising others. You have experience within market development and/or sales with proven track record delivering results. Previous managerial experience is a pre-requisite, while experience from leading a cross-cultural team is meritorious. As a person you are driven, structured and have a strong interest in develop customers. You are a social and trustworthy person who can easily build good relationships. You have the strategic ability to see the whole picture where you can clarify the business and the way forward and can lead and develop both your team and our Hardox Wearparts members. We are looking for a Business Area Manager with responsibility to lead and develop sales towards our Hardox Wearparts network in North Africa, Middle East, India and Nordics. Placement Oxelösund. About the position You will be responsible to lead sales development towards the Hardox Wearparts centers. You will also be responsible for the strategic development and expansion of the Hardox Wearparts network and you will manage all future development of local sales and marketing activities towards prioritized end-user industry segments. To succeed in the role you will visit workshops and end-users on a regular basis, and further analyze and develop the strategy to increase end-user reach. You will be responsible for leading and coaching the Wear Service Managers towards set goals, and will be the bridge between sales organizations of the other divisions of SSAB Group. You report to the Head of Hardox Wearparts Network of SSAB Services and will be part of the sales management team.
