QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE PhD or Masters in Nutritional Science Ability to critically assess data and deliver insight Understanding and passion for Wellness category (Dietary Supplements) Ability to simplify scientific and Nutritional concepts for broad consumer audience Advanced understanding of Nutritional investigation and research Collaborative approach to work, OK in matrix organisation Personal network of scientists in the Nutrition space (Preferably in Sweden) Ability to assess ingredient technologies (Efficacy, commercial opportunity and IP) Fluency in English, both spoken and written Preferable: Experienced in international matrix organisations Health and or nutritional communication background Experienced in working with key opinion leaders Industry Experience in Dietary Supplements (not essential) Language: English and preferably one additional language besides Swedish (Swedish is not mandatory) Oriflame is now looking for a Senior Nutritional Scientist to further strengthen our team. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure Nutritional accuracy in all consumer communications. Act as a spokesperson for the Wellness Brand Advance scientific credibility through Scientific advisory board Generate Nutritional and lifestyle content to promote credibility of the brand Administer Customer enquiry database (Q&A) Founded in 1967, Oriflame is a beauty company selling directly in more than 60 countries.
