• Good knowledge of Data Analytics, Predictive and prescriptive analytics, Digital analytics, Marketing analytics use-cases and appropriate solutions • Good knowledge of designing solution for client problem in areas such as formulating go-to market strategy, competitive intelligence, market size estimation, customer insights, digital transformation, innovation to build new businesses • Strong experience in project management and in managing large multi-cultural teams across geographies • Ability to analyze and synthesize the available data and bring out value-added insights to the client • Ability to identify and solve issues effectively on time • Experience of self-managing and using initiative to problem-solve. • Ability to build credibility and strong professional relationships at all levels • Ability to work autonomously. • Ability to work under pressure with a proven track record to deliver against objectives. • Excellent soft skills, articulation skills, listening skills, team-playing skills and interpersonal skills The above job description is a guide to the work you may be required to undertake but does not form part of your contract of employment and may change from time to time to reflect changing circumstances. • Act as the content lead on projects involving strong functional expertise in strategy, digital transformation, innovation/new – business creation and domain knowledge • Communicate directly with senior stakeholders on projects and show innovation and problem solving skills in all elements of work • Work with global clients and project teams across geographies and travel to client locations as and when required • Structure and harmonize data, validate it and present results in the best possible format to allow easy decision making based on data • Build repeatable processes and institutionalize knowledge to train delivery teams on skills needed for successful project execution • Develop standards and best practices • Contribute directly towards revenue growth and provide though leadership to help grow key client accounts Evalueserve is a global professional services provider offering research, analytics, and data management services.
