K2 Corporate Mobility AB, a Global Relocation Management and Global Mobility Advisory Services business, is hiring for the position of Client Service Consultant to coordinate and manage international moves. A Client Services Consultant is a positive and enthusiastic team player; one confident of his/her knowledge and experienced in handling international moves As a Client Services Consultant, you are responsible for organizing and managing all aspects of an international move serving as the assignee's primary point of contact. You are meticulous and organised in your work with a proactive approach to every component of an assignee's move. As a team member you will contribute with solutions to issues and identify process improvements. You proactively support and share the ownership and accountability of your assigned client accounts assisting the appointed account manager. In your role and areas of responsibility you demonstrate commercial awareness and work in line and towards K2’s vision of service excellence. As Client Services Consultant you will be responsible for managing the door-to-door relocation services for corporate assignees. The job role will require you to develop a relationship with K2 Corporate Mobility’s existing clients, proactively managing their international relocations in a fast paced environment. You will act as a point of contact for both assignees and HR contacts, and be accountable for shipping and destination services throughout individual relocations- presenting quotations, booking third party vendors, confirming schedules and retaining contact.
