About You We are looking for you with interest in Cyber security for embedded systems in the automotive area. You should also like working in team, be self-motivated and have a supporting attitude. Within the area of Core Technology Electrics & Electronic Platform we now need to strengthen our team with someone who wants to help create the cyber security architecture for our connected machines. Our department, Embedded System and Hardware, is responsible for the overall Electrical/Electronic system architecture and its common used EE components within Volvo CE machines. As part of the E/E Embedded System team, you have the opportunity to work with a variety of systems, people and platforms cross products to shape the future of our electronic systems. As an E/E System Cyber Security engineer, you will be an important player in the further development of our E/E system and will help to realise future security solutions by developing system design and selecting technical solutions as well as supporting to improve our processes. You will participate in cross-functional work where, along with experts from the entire development organisation, you will work to find sustainable and balanced solutions. In addition to regular development project work, you will also be involved in developing concepts for future security architecture and refining our approach. To facilitate this, you will be involved in all project phases, from research to early concept development right through to production launch. The system security engineering work naturally also involves ensuring that the entire life cycle is functional, e.g. service market and incident management. Interested? Please give me a call!
