The Opportunity In your role as a Manager for Test Infrastructure and DevOps, you will be responsible for a team focusing on implementation and deployment of Continuous Integration, DevOps and manage highly complex Test Network Infrastructure. You will be responsible for ensuring optimal test infrastructure and development operations enabling flow efficiency from product development to release. Your team is based in Sweden, located in Varberg and Malmö. You will be a member of the Release Management leadership team as well as a member of global initiatives for Test Network Infrastructure and DevOps. Since Sandvine is a global company and we have R&D in three continents, you will be cooperating with people around the world and there are also opportunities for travelling. Within Release Management we are responsible for driving the Continuous Integration, Delivery and Deployment strategy for a set of products and solutions that are delivered worldwide to Tier 1-3 operators. One of the main challenges will be to transform the organization to reach Continuous Delivery of software to these customers. The products and solutions needs very high availability and incidents in our customer networks can impact their revenue. Therefore, it is of utmost importance that we keep and improve the quality all the time. You are generally passionate about R&D and specifically in flow efficiency and DevOps. You are technical, well organized, persistent and a driver – you make it happen. This role is located in Varberg, Sweden.
