Customer Solutions is responsible for Services such as Attachments, Spare Parts, Service agreements and other products that will improve customer business. Global Attachments is responsible for driving sales and managing logistic flows for current product portfolio, and we support the Sales Regions to increase attachments sales volumes, margins and installation rates. We are also a major stakeholder in the long term strategy development and execute on the agreed attachment project portfolio. As a member of Global Attachments team, you will actively contribute to the development and execution of the Attachments business operational and strategic initiatives. The Business Support function within Global Attachments has the ownership of the attachments business processes and has an important role in driving process development and initiatives to support the business growth. Job description: As a Business Process Developer you are working with business development and supporting Global Attachments in decisions regarding concepts, initiatives and strategies. You drive and participate in improvement initiatives and business development projects. Main Tasks / Responsibilities You will be the process owner for several of the key processes within the attachments area. As process owner you will be responsible for process development and manage that our processes are efficient, well known and supporting the business.
