As Project Coordinator & Scientific Information Specialist you will be part of Thermo Fisher Scientific’s ImmunoDiagnostics Division (IDD), which develops, manufactures, and markets complete blood test systems to support the clinical diagnosis and monitoring of allergy, asthma and autoimmune diseases. With 1,600 employees worldwide, IDD is the global leader in in-vitro allergy testing and also the European leader in autoimmunity diagnostics. The Project Coordinator & Scientific Information Specialist is part of the Scientific & Medical Affairs team. This team is responsible for internal and external activities to reinforce scientific leadership in Allergy and Autoimmunity, develops Health Economic evidence and value proposition to support IDD’s business objectives, and ensures patient safety through effective Medical Risk Management. The team manages and governs postmarketing research and provides synthesis of available knowledge and disseminates this knowledge through publications, education and scientific meetings. The Project Coordinator & Scientific Information Specialist reports to Senior Director, Scientific & Medical Affairs. Your main working tasks will be: • Administrative support to Scientific & Medical Affairs activities • Administrative management for company-sponsored symposia, scientific events, workshops and internal/external meetings • Acting as Global Clinical Approval Board (CAB) Manager and to enhance scientific oversight and quality of Allergy and Autoimmunity study collaborations with external partners • Editor of the Scientific & Medical Affairs website on intranet • Cost effective management of the IDD Infocenter Allergy and Autoimmunity, including driving training initiatives for the effective use of the IDD Infocenter and disseminating relevant scientific/clinical evidence internally and externally • Act as a connection between global and markets, influences across the enterprise creating effective and sustainable relationships withe the matrix. We are looking for a person who has: • Administrative Business Education • Preferably experience working in the pharmaceutical, medical device or diagnostics industry • Past experience in collaborating with clinical, medical and commercial stakeholders in a matrix organization • Ability to operate independently, to take initiative, be resourceful and exercise astute business judgment to drive performance • Fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English, other languages (preferably German) are an advantage • Extensive knowledge of MS Office applications •Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written presentation skills Please apply via http://jobs.thermofisher.com / .
