Role Description: Process & IT EMEA together with Group IT are currently implementing a new Dealer Management System (DMS) based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations for our wholly owned distribution throughout Europe. We are now looking to strengthen our team with a process & solution expert for this solution covering the workshop and service area. You will in this role become a part of the Owned Dealer Solutions team within Volvo CE Sales Region EMEA Processes & IT function. Our main mission is supply solutions and projects to our six wholly owned dealers in Europe. These deliveries are being managed by our function in close cooperation with our colleagues at Group IT and some third party suppliers. For this position, we seek a person that has a solid process understanding of the dealer workshop and service processes including e.g. warrant. You should have the ability to independently translate business requirements to system requirements. We believe that you have a strong drive, excellent networking and interpersonal skills required to interact with people within different positions and cultures. You will be working in a very close cooperation with local dealer key users to guide them on best practice processes from a system point of view and also, if needed, prepare change requests and issue them to the Change Advisory Board. You will in this role also manage some solution maintenance activities and enhancements together with the Group IT delivery team and third party suppliers. You will be responsible to ensure that common system processes are being followed by Sales Region EMEAs wholly owned dealers in the area of Workshop and Service.
