We are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our Project Office team at R&D Infinera Metro. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for one or several R&D development projects, including hardware and software development. This means that you will work with most of the company’s portfolio which leads to a good overall system understanding. Responsibilities: •Lead, plan, follow up, visualize status and deliver development Projects. •Drive and motivate the Project. •Maintain backlog for entire Project. •Be responsible in all project phases and coordinate together with others inside or outside Infinera. •Work with release planning and as a release manager during releases. •Continuously adapt and improve our way of working. •A high pace in development of new products in an agile organization •Real results of your work, you will see how it affects our products and sales. •International possibilities of development and internal advancement. •A friendly and helpful atmosphere. •Highly competent and motivated colleagues. •A workplace in beautiful, new-built Marievik by the water in Årstaviken with a great supply of lunch restaurants and good traffic communications.
