Our Product Area Parts and Services provides the Sales Areas with aftermarket offerings and spare parts globally, and our Parts & Services Commercial Transformation team is responsible for the aftermarket sales development. Driving development initiatives, we have, among others, developed and implemented global, standardized processes and systems to optimize performance across all Sales Areas. To continue on this journey, we are now looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Parts & Services Commercial Transformation team to plan, execute and deliver eCommerce projects. The location for this position is Sandviken. Your mission – Successfully drive eCommerce initiatives to optimize performance and usability In this position, you are overall responsible for project managing our Direct Connect sales channel implementation and other eCommerce initiatives, including scope definition with customers, and for driving deployment through to implementation – ensuring all project deliverables are completed on time. You also coordinate projects integrated into My Sandvik, where you design, plan and facilitate workshops to support the design and deployment process for the future end-to-end digital sales and customer service experiences. You are the single point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction and engagement with the eCommerce program. You facilitate open communication and discussion, and you use feedback as a key tool to asses and promote understanding and readiness to adopt new digital ways of working. Furthermore, you monitor solutions on our daily operations, service level agreements and response time achievements, and you actively work to continuously improve our ways of working and prevent any future issues rising from project implementations. As eCommerce System Project Manager, you report directly to the eBusiness System and Process Owner, and international travel is a natural part of your job. Your character – A business-minded digital project manager who successfully drive innovation We are looking for someone with a degree in the Digital Marketing or eCommerce Business Management field, combined with a project management qualification. You have at least three years’ experience from project management in an IT environment and in eCommerce delivery. You have a solid background of managing digital transformation projects and leading business change in a global environment. We also believe your professional eCommerce and/or database knowledge, along with knowledge of IT systems and processes, are a great asset to us. As we operate in an international setting, you need to both speak and write in fluent English.
