With great passion you are looking to revolutionize and continue changing what we with great joy already have built! - Currently we have developed a service based architecture built on NodeJS, MySQL, AMQP (RabbitMQ) and Redis running in Docker containers on AWS. If you are comfortable with these technologies that’s great. However, we know that smart developers can pick up new technologies fairly quickly so we look for team members who write high quality code and have the right pragmatic approach rather than focus on experience from specific technologies. - Have a minimum of 4 years qualified work experience as a developer. - Have experience from several different platforms, have worked with web services - Have a genuine interest in technology. Perhaps you even have some pet projects you’re working on? - Have a genuine interest in people combined with strong leadership qualities - Are a great teamplayer but are also used to making things happen on your own - Understand the business value in the technology you develop and can find a reasonable balance between technical excellence and speed of execution. - Having previous leadership experience is a plus but we believe a strong track record as a developer combined with a genuine interest for leadership is just as valuable. - Be responsible for planning and following up on your teams work to ensure the team reaches long and short term goals. You will: - Lead and plan work according to Advisa’s agile process - Ensure quality and efficiency in work - Develop team involving; Recruitment, Education and Ensuring wellbeing - Set the direction and implement our future architecture - Work in close collaboration with our product manager to build a scalable system that will help hundreds of thousands of Swedes lower their interest rates - Work with a large arsenal of open source technologies such as Node.js, MySQL, Docker, RabbitMQ and Redis running on AWS. - You will not be one employee of 200.
