In this position, as a Team Leader, we expect you to stay in the role at least for 2 years. As a Team Leader within the Food-function at IKEA Kungens Kurva Stockholm you are offered a role with a big responsibility – both when it comes to our co-workers, customers and our store in general. Together with other leaders, you work operative at Restaurant/Food Department – leading/guiding the department co-workers to reach our goals. About the assignment As a Team Leader you will: - be leading the daily operation (securing Food Safety, optimizing staff, lead and secure IKEAs ways of working and routines) based on the operational and customer needs. - support, challenge and coach your team to secure they have the best possible prerequisites to maximize our sales - be collaborating with different units/functions within the store to meet the customers needs, exceed their expectations and at the same time minimize our costs. - together with your colleagues within the Sales Department you’ll actively see to reaching the departments goals - be planning, realize and follow-up on job-chats, wage discussions and other running HR-related matters This position offers you a diversified assignment where you get the possibility develop your knowledge in your daily work.
