We expect you to provide leadership to managers, supervisors and/or professional staff. Is accountable for the performance and results of related disciplines or departments. You will help to develop departmental plans, including business, production and/or organizational priorities. You will set priority for team members to assure task completion, establishes short- and mid-term plans in co-operation with the management team, and participates in strategy creation.
