Desired qualifications -Minimum one year of professional experience from working in a warehouse -Previous experience from a team leader position -Ability to lead by example and inspire and motivate others -Strong communication skills and ability to cooperate -Outstanding problem-solving skills -Fluency in Swedish and English, additional language skill is an advantage Acne Studios is currently looking for an ambitious and self-motivated Coordinator to our main warehouse in Spånga. The Coordinator supports the department manager in the daily warehouse operations, and assists in coaching and developing the team of Warehouse Associates to deliver results in accordance with KPI targets. The Warehouse Coordinator will also be expected to actively participate in continuous improvement of the department to develop an efficient and scalable operation that will support the general growth of Acne Studios. You will be working in a large warehouse building which means that you will be moving around in a hectic environment, and the work could include some heavy lifting. Tasks will include, but not be limited to: -Handling of incoming and outgoing goods, which includes picking, packing and receiving -Working actively to ensure that the highest standards are deployed at all times in the work flow -Driving continuous improvement of the quality and efficiency in the work flow -Working actively to ensure that the department fulfills objectives and directions set by HQ, Warehouse Manager and department manager -Supporting the management and development of the team through ongoing coaching, mentoring and monitoring Acne Studios is a Stockholm based fashion house with a multi-disciplinary heritage.
