Corporate Finance works closely to the CFO-agenda and has a broad interface with external parties like banks, rating institutions and credit investors. Corporate Finance at Ericsson Corporate Finance is organized within Group Function Finance, Treasury (“Treasury”). Corporate Finance is an integrated part of the business with an operational responsibility for Ericsson’s external financing programs, bank relations and for the capital structure of the legal entities. The Corporate Finance Team is also responsible for the global Supply Chain Finance Program. Corporate Finance is an advisor to Executive Management in questions related to Group Capital Structure and Working Capital. Internal key stakeholders include The Group Treasurer, Treasury Leadership Team, CFO, Investor Relations, Business Units, Regions, other Group Functions, and Company Control Hubs. External interfaces include banks and other financial institutions, rating agencies, auditors, law firms, equity and fixed income investors as well as Corporate peers. Corporate Finance – Main Responsibilities Issue and develop directives and guidelines including areas such as Bank Relationship Management, Borrowing and Credit Facilities, Parent Company support, Discount rates including WACC Ensure adequate financial readiness for the Group and minimize refinancing risks, including initiation and management of external borrowing and stand-by facilities Proactively manage Group capital structure and credit profile Manage bank relations Manage and continuously develop models for financial analytics for decision support including financial performance scorecards – focused on capital structure, cash flow, valuation etc Analyze and forecast cash flow, balance sheet and capital structure Manage contacts and communication with rating agencies Build up and manage Ericsson’s Supply Chain Financing Corporate Finance Manager The Corporate Finance Manager will work in close cooperation with the Head of Corporate Finance and the Corporate Finance team and be responsible for Financial analysis and modelling – both the modelling and the presenting of results Managing and developing Ericsson’s strategic cash flow model Ericsson’s capital structure incl analysis of appropriate financing, dividend, etc Actively contribute to improve working capital efficiency (reporting, analysis, target setting, etc) Actively contribute in the quarterly Treasury reporting to CFO, Financial Committee and Board of Directors (including cash flow forecasting and gathering all parts of Treasury’s reporting) Project management (ad-hoc research, analysis and projects) in the Treasury area Ericsson provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, marital status, pregnancy, parental status, national origin, ethnic background, age, disability, political opinion, social status, veteran status, union membership or genetics.
