Applicants Should Have/Be: Bachelor's degree and MBA required At least 2 years of operations management or business/finance-related experience The ability to lead and motivate a diverse team of specialists and distributors Detail-oriented - You are able to take note of the individual gears local operations while also overseeing the larger process. Be able to handle a non-rigid schedule - A variety of different tasks may arise at a time. You are able to effectively handle them in an orderly manner. Analytical mindset - You study consumer data and behavior and accordingly distribute or recall scooters to meet user needs. You are able to think outside the box, think of creative solutions and plans for daily operations, and optimize workflows with concrete data Excellent People Skills - You will manage a team of skilled specialists and must have experience and ability in both leadership and motivation Adaptable - You should be able to deal with problems as they come Willing to work nights and weekends if necessary Experience from working at a fast growing smart mobility startup in hyper-growth is a requirement Job Includes: Leading a team ranging from 4 to 20+ specialists Assign tasks to field specialists Analyze data to keep track of distribution Train new operations specialists Oversee and constructively critique specialists’ performances Manage distribution of scooters Overseeing network of scooters on a far-reaching scale Keep track of inventory Respond to customer service complaints Deal with distribution issues as they come, such as weather, traffic, population changes, etc. Communicate the status of local operations to HQ VOI Technology is creating a system of electrically powered scooters around urban centers to provide an affordable, sustainable, and exhilarating way to commute while helping people to reduce their carbon footprint and cities to have a more sustainable transportation network.
