The program offer real world, hands-on experience in important roles and projects to the company while promoting personal and professional growth for the participants. What can I achieve and what will I be responsible for whilst completing a placement at Pfizer? Pfizer provides you with the opportunity to work with experts in the pharmaceutical industry and has a wealth of opportunities available across a variety of departments. Rotate through approximately two to four challenging, demanding and diverse assignments in different disciplines targeted to provide career growth and multi disciplinary experience. The disciplines and also future career paths could be Engineering, Technology, Computer Science, Project Management, Strategy, Operational Excellence, Supply Chain and Quality Systems and others. An assignment could for example be to stabilize a yield for a product, design a lab scale method to identify raw material with high quality, work with digitalizing our products, qualify an equipment, lead an investment project. Develop and enhance your communication skills as you may be responsible for supervising others, participating in meetings, and providing presentations to other Pfizer personnel at all levels of the organization. Be paired with program mentors who provide guidance and oversight of your development in the program. Obtain training focused to support your professional growth and development. Be certified and obtain your Green Belt Report to a department manager in each assignment who will oversee your day-to-day responsibilities. Perform other related duties as assigned or required.
