Key Qualifications: • Education: Academic degree, minimum on bachelor level, in engineering (IT, Telecom). • Minimum 8 years of work experience within System Integration • Domain experience is required: BSS Domain, BSS Transformation, Revenue Management, Revenue Manager, Digital BSS, DBSS, EOC, ECM • Documented experience of working on-site outside home country • Self-going with a strong problem-solving ability and mindset • Excellent team worker with a track record of sharing knowledge • Highly developed planning and organizing skills • Eager to learn new technologies and positive to quick changes Additional Requirements: • Technical Certificates Job Summary: Solution Areas BSS, Digital-BSS Service Delivery is looking for an Solution Architect for analyzing, designing and developing commercially viable end-to-end technical solutions for the customers. In this role, you will also be accountable for providing profitable business for Ericsson by translating customer needs, and technology opportunities into detailed technical offering, solutions and proposals. The concerned solutions are based on Ericsson Digital-BSS (DBSS) and Revenue Manager (RM). The candidate must embrace the opportunity to travel to customer locations world-wide. Responsibilities: • Scope, define and design solution offerings; driving end-to-end technical solutions • Analyze customer technology, define business requirements and participate in risk analysis • Work with core team on list of potential activities and solutions • Develop technical presentations and proposals, and perform customer presentations • Support deployment of solution • Provide feedback to R&D • Participate in knowledge transfer, documentation and information sharing • Stay abreast of on new technology/technical areas and share information about solution to enable customer competence build • Identify and drive Add on Sales and Lead Generation • Identify and drive Innovations and Improvements • Knowledge sharing and collaboration Why is Ericsson a great place to work?
