Competences University/college graduated preferably Business Management 2-5 years of business control experience in a corporate / multicultural environment Financial analysis tools knowledge Financial analysis skills Fluent in English Team work Flexibility Mission Secure accuracy in Purchasing financial results, performing gap analysis (versus previous forecast, month, quarter, year), working close with other Purchasing Controlling areas and all external stakeholders involved in Volvo Reporting Model. Responsibilities Provide customers with analysis and comments on OPEX monthly result Closely monitor headcount reporting (Headcount and Full-timers) Regional expert on HR related topics (HC reporting, salary accounting, consultant related processes, bonus rules) Actively involved in OPEX annual budget and forecast related processes Actively involved in all projects affecting OPEX/HC area (IT or process) Monitor Purchasing financial results and estimates, and secure figures accuracy (GTP, recharges, GTO plants and Brands and BAs) Consolidate Purchasing variances impacting GTO Plants and Brands P&L Perform monthly gap analysis (versus previous forecast, month, quarter, year) Consolidate financial and business KPI for GTP Global dashboard/report Key-user for basic Volvo financial reporting tools such as: BCS, Essbase, and WISE Understand customers’ needs and provide daily Business Control services Authorities SAP workflow approver For more information , please contact: Dayane Setim, Director Financial Reporting, +55 41 33177697 The Volvo Group aims at being the most admired employer in the industry by attracting and engaging the best people.
