Kvalifikationer Stort intresse att driva förändringsarbete Civil- eller Högskoleingenjör med erfarenhet av produktionstekniskt arbete God förståelse för lean manufacturing God förmåga att uttrycka sig på svenska och engelska (tal och skrift) Erfarenhet som projektledare, erfarenhet av PSM/EEM är meriterande Arbetsuppgifter Arbetsuppgifterna är varierande och spänner över ett stort område, exempelvis: Projektledare i produkt- och verksamhetsprojekt inkl. anskaffning av maskinutrustning Driva större förbättringsprojekt Delta i utveckling av nya processer, metoder och verktyg Stödja implementationen av Volvo Production System (VPS) Som person är du driven, innovativ, och strukturerad. Du uppskattar lagarbete, bidrar till en bra laganda, och tycker om att ta eget ansvar. Erfarenhet från projektledarområdet är meriterande men övriga personliga egenskaper värderas högt.
