Skills Requirements: Analytical and proven skills in translating business requirements to functional specifications Experience from working in projects delivering IT-solutions, preferably involving Robotic Process Automation and Analytics Experienced in Business process development in Finance and administration Proven skills in communication and management relations with stakeholders on senior management level in a global context Excellent presentation and English skills Strong team working skills in matrixes and geographically diversified virtual teams Accounting Services in cooperation with Group IT has established a Center of Excellence to deliver solutions, utilizing Robotic Process Automation and Analytics within Finance and Administration. We are now looking for a Digital Solution Developer to further strengthen our team. As Digital Solution Developer you will be responsible for the continuous dialogue with the Business Areas, Truck Divisions and Group functions, to develop opportunities where automation and analytics generate value for the business. This will be an important role in the AS technology management team. Key Responsibilities: Secure that the business priorities and requirements are understood and taken into account in individual projects as well as portfolio planning and the overall development of the technological capabilities and competences Facilitate project portfolio planning with each requesting organization to determine the order of project execution based on business priorities and dependencies Support projects especially at the initiation to secure that the business requirements are completely understood by the project team and confirmed by the requesting organization Support projects in the stakeholder communication and explanation of the solution design Actively identify opportunities to reuse already developed solutions in new organizations to leverage investments further Provide relevant input to the AS technology management team about business priorities and expectations for mid- and long-term development of capabilities Facilitate the evaluation of projects in dialogue with the requesting organizations, and identify opportunities for improvement The position will report directly to the AS Technology Director.
