You have a solid track record of delivering timely, high-quality software together with developers. You have experience in leading, managing and coaching software developers to maximise their performance. You are knowledgeable and passionate about software development, also willing to get hands-on where needed. You have solid experience working in an agile development environment. As an Mobile Team Manager, your primary responsibility is to lead and maintain our Mobile team’s performance, to deliver results as per the business’ needs. As a lead for a team of strong engineers, technical leadership and a solid background in software development is a must, so that you’re able to challenge, understand and support your team members. You will have the opportunity to facilitate technical delivery and work with your team on strategy and execution. Facilitate timely delivery of technical solutions to address business needs Advocate and advance modern, agile software development practices and help develop and evangelize great engineering and organizational practices Grow a healthy, collaborative team culture in line with the company values Be an active part of the leadership team and collaborate with other leaders in the organisation You will be based in Gothenburg or Berlin.
