We are looking for a Senior IT Process Manager to work with our client. You will have the responsibility to make sure the process is clearly defined, efficient and correct. You will work with expertise within our client to develop the processes to meet tomorrow's needs! Our client is looking for a Senior IT Process Manager that can lead the work of sourcing and implementing a new ITSM tool. Work description • Sourcing and implementation of ITSM Tool • Drive technical migration from current to new tool • Drive implementation of Tool Support and governance structures • Drive the setup of support and governance structures for new ITSM • Coordinate test activities within User acceptance, Technology, Integrations and automation • Secure handover from project to line organization You will work closely with the Service Desk, Operations, Delivery and Purchasing team. You will report to a steering committee where all main stakeholders of the client are represented. Required qualifications • 10+ years’ experience of ITIL based ITSM processes • ITIL Certificate at Expert-level • Experience of ITSM tool implementation projects in larger companies • Experience from working in large international companies • Excellent communication skills • Fluent written and spoken English • Experience of Stakeholder management • Project management skills • Experience of ITIL training Preferred qualifications • Cultural awareness (especially Asian-European) About Assign - what we offer you to be a part of!
