Contract: 6 month FTC

Hours: 40 hours per week, Term time plus additional days and training (42 weeks per year)

Actual Salary:£41,335.74 - £42,471.88

About the Role

Aurora Foxes are seeking an experienced Hospitality Programme Lead to drive the strategic and operational delivery of our vocational hospitality provision.

You will lead an ambitious, industry-informed curriculum within our training hotel, supporting students with SEND to develop the skills, confidence and independence needed to become work ready and life ready. Working closely with education and hotel teams, you will ensure high-quality, real-world learning experiences that lead to meaningful progression outcomes.

Key Duties

About You

We're looking for someone who:

Has strong leadership experience in hospitality education or trainingHolds a teaching, assessor or IQA qualification with a hospitality backgroundHas a proven track record of improving quality and outcomesUnderstands how to support learners with additional needsCan balance strategic leadership with hands-on operational deliveryFlexibility to work occasional evenings and weekendsAbility to work across both education and hotel environmentsFull UK driving licence How to apply?
