Codic Consulting has grown considerably this year and today comprises 19 consultants who work on different projects around Gothenburg. At the moment, Codic is looking for a skilled Scrum Master / Software Engineer on behalf of their client. The Scrum Master and Developer roles are each on 50 percent. The client is an international company and their Gothenburg branch is located in the central of town. Your profile Scrum master (50 percent): - Responsible for helping the team achieve its goals by implementing, supporting and improving the ways of working - Identifying and eliminating impediments - Ensuring that the team is delivering on commitments - Helping the team to continuously improve and become a self-organised - Close cooperation with the team members, Product Owner, other Scrum Masters and the Line Manager Developer (50 percent): - Bash scripting - Linux System administration (RHEL) - Git - Continuous Integration as code - Infrastructure as code One of the below is needed: - C++ - Java - Python Good to have (or prepared to learn): - Docker - Kubernetes - SQL - NoSQL - Maven You will be part of a team developing vital components of the software platform, which is used for different product solutions. The team is responsible for database access, message brokers and a custom application server used by customers to implement their rules of business logics. The team is global and stretches from Sweden to Poland and the U.S, consisting of six senior developers who work with system integration and supporting teams in integration. The client strives to have a strong and empowered workforce that take full responsibility for the delivery and receive the support they need from release trains and management.
