Required qualifications • M.Sc., alt. Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent competence through other education and /or professional experience • Trained SAFe coach • Experience from applications and / or educational activities • Good knowledge in English, both written and spoken Personal qualities • Structured way of working, and good documentation skills. • Positive attitude. • Self-driven, result oriented and flexible. As Agile Coach you are responsible for supporting the implementation of the agile way of working and supporting the scrum team when needed. You will help the team to adopt and apply agile principles and practices, like SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, Definition-of-Done, WIP limits etc. Engineering Partner AB (EP) was founded in 2007 and has since been one of the fastest growing and most reputable and engineering services firms in west of Sweden.
