To be an ideal candidate, your background should include university level studies in cognitive science, computer science areas or similar. Preferably you also have 3 to 5 years of experience from a software development organization. However, we would also welcome a newly graduated applicant provided there are good skills and the right attitude. Main game skills: - A good knowledge of tools, e.g. - MS Word, Excel, XML/HTML, Wiki, Source safe; preferably knowledge of templates and styles. - Since our working language is English, we require high proficiency in English, both written and verbal, paired with skills in clear and effective communication. - Experience in technical writing, copy writing, content writing or other form of publication in which you have demonstrated your command of written English. - A strong ability to conform to an established writing tone, voice and style. The Information Managers work closely with the development feature teams for individual games, which means they are involved in the game’s design and development process. This ensures the role is as stimulating and creative, as it is demanding. Information Managers at NetEnt develop, design, and manage the localization of written materials to ensure effective use of our products. You will need to have a combination of strong communication skills and multimedia knowledge in order to deliver a variety of materials that cover a broad spectrum of user needs i.e. game rules, game client texts, product documentation, integration material and other release documentation, some of which are offered in 25 languages.
