Principle Research Engineer System Simulation & Analysis, Concept Creation & analysis team in Strategic Development, Powertrain Engineering This is Powertrain Strategic Development The Strategic Development organization has the full responsibility to plan and secure execution of advanced engineering as well as to pilot main strategic technology plans within Powertrain Engineering. This includes creating new innovations to challenge our existing products and solutions in the ambition of exceeding our customers’ expectations. Responsibilities As Principle Research Engineer System Simulation & Analysis you will be a key player for the assessment of new complete Engine and complete Powertrain concepts within both conventional as well as hybrid drivelines. Main Activities Perform high level vehicle- and propulsion system calculations & simulations for new concepts including market- & customer studies Lead early concept analysis activities to make recommendations for improved customer value in terms of features like energy efficiency, performance & emissions as well as complete TCO Contribute in the development of system models & methodologies in collaboration with the System simulation team In this position you will report to the Director Concept Creation & Analysis Curious and want to know more?
