Then we are hoping to hear from you! Position Description SEIM is a function within Parts & Service and Quality & Customer Satisfaction (Q&CS) at Volvo Buses. We are responsible for Reduce “downtime” and increase “profitability” for the bus owner/owners. We are today represented in Sweden, Brazil, Mexico, Poland and India. We are now seeking a combined Technical Information Specialist & Coordinator to be located at the Gothenburg site, who has the drive and passion to contribute to future solutions of our products, using both your knowledge and curiosity to find the best solutions together with your colleagues within Parts & Service and Product Development. The Technical Information Specialist role will be approximately 70% of the working time and 30% will be Coordinator role. We value a responsibility taking personality with a positive and supportive mindset as well as great communication skills that have the ability to drive change. Main activities and responsibilities: Technical Information Specialist: Responsible for submitting and fulfilling requests for updates to technical information Acts as local expert on specific Deliverable types (publications) for which they are responsible.
