It is our people that make the difference and we are now looking for an Aftermarket project manager to join our team. The challenge: As an Aftermarket Project Manager you will drive the aftermarket deliveries and lead your project team from project initiation to the end of the project. Your responsibilities are to obtain the necessary project resources from the line organization and to identify, plan and secure aftermarket activities to meet agreed project objectives. This calls for cross-functional craftsmanship with a strong aftermarket and customer experience focus. You will belong to the Aftermarket Project Office and in the projects have a key role in the project management team lead by the Chief Project Manager. Main task examples: Plan all aftermarket deliveries of a project and secure resources to meet the plans Coordinate and anchor your plans with other parts of the project as well as within the AM organization. Pro-actively leading, driving and following-up the aftermarket delivery of the project according to the DVP project handbook and/ or decided processes. Manage risks to minimize impact on project and pro-actively take actions and escalate risks and concerns. Have a close dialogue with the Chief Project Manager and anchor project decisions with the AM reference team Build high performing project teams.
